Can someone tell me if serial number MDA213000038 is a genuine European MD802 as it has a label on the back saying European Software Edition and a license number starting WEBOxxxxxx?

try registering it on this site and it will tell you if genuine or copy

Thanks for the reply but I'm not sure that is true as I had a 702 that it happily registered but it turned out to be Chinese version which I only found out when I asked the same question about it on this forum!

autel is Chinese my 802 is Chinese version and has now problem with any thing I have thrown at it in the uk every body updates from this site so weather its Spanish German uk or whatever it will have same software on it if its a genuine 802 I know of copes out there mostly Chinese which cannot be updated and don't work right or not at all.
hope sum one on here can help you with the version you have. support on here is one off Bing useless from autel.

Really helpful guy responded to me from Autel UK and gave me the following info;-
EUxxx numbers are UK sold units supported in the UK
WEBOxxx numbers are European and supported in Europe as well as UK - these are the ones sold on Ebay all over Europe and are fine.
Just thought I would post this up as it isn't even clear on Autel UK or Europe's web sites what WEBO means!
